Lance Williams - Owner
In the industry since 1997, Lance brought together the best in the business to create his dream. This is a family-owned and operated company which takes pride in meeting customer's expectations. Even though Lance is not in the field, he stays in constant contact with the team to meet and exceed standards in the roofing industry. He is confident in all aspects of roofing and while working and living in central Texas it has lead to a passion for quick, efficient, and transparent repairs to storm damaged homes as well as building new commercial projects.
Joey Knapp - General Manager
Joey has been around the business since he was a kid. With a degree in Construction Management and another in Communications, he loves meeting clients face to face and assisting with all of their construction concerns. While he oversees the daily structure of AW & Sons, he continuously sustains our organization and prioritizes relationships with our clients. Joey sets high standards of performance and reliability, as he adheres to the AW & Sons core values.
Jake Correll - Project Manager
With over 20 years of working in the residential restoration field, Jake has applied his knowledge and expertise to every facet of the AW & Sons team. He's all about structure, organization and meeting deadlines. Through general oversight, project performance and direct, daily communication with the customer and team leaders, his focus is to bring your job to completion on time and on budget.
